- Large or heavy items will incur additional shipping charges.

Coontail is known for having very competitive pricing. To ensure that you get the best price we offer the following price match guarantee:
If you find the identical item advertised for less from a competitor we will match that price assuming the following:
- The item is identical in year, color, size, condition and style.
- Proof of the price being matched is provided to Coontail in the form of an ad (screen shot of web ad is acceptable) along with the date(s) the price is valid.
- The price being matched is current.
- The price being matched is offered by a reputable retailer.
If you have already purchased an item from us and find a lower price we will refund the difference. The lower price must have been in effect on the date the item was purchased.
You cannot combine price match with any Coontail promotions.

- If dissatisfied with your purchase items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
- Items must be in "like new" condition. If apparel, it must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags.
- Items purchased more than 30 days and less than 3 months prior to return may be returned for store credit.
- Online Sales refunds will be for the product purchased price only, which does not include shipping. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Coontail shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then iNet stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
