The staff at Coontail was both friendly and very helpful. I thought the booking fee for the bikes was fair but the delivery fee was high. The per bike delivery fee for drop off and pickup from the same location was too high. I feel like one delivery fee for drop off and one delivery fee for pickup per party should have been sufficient.
